1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items that meet the following conditions:

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your game arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping, if applicable).
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
